I just read somewhere that graphtec has a hard time picking up registration marks on with glossy lamintates. They suggested using a matte tape to cover the registration marks. Haven't had a chance to try it personally... but could help? WebJul 16, 2014 · Snydo. Try the Offset test first, that should dial it in if something is out of calibration. Then run the sensitivity adjust, if your gain is below 50%-60% I would contact Graphtec and arrange service.
