WebCan't use shield. None of my valor plates have access to a shield anyone find a way around this. It’s been covered here - supposedly if you have one working Valorplate, if you copy that loadout to a broken one it should fix it. What works for me is making a new valor plate then manually equip your gear then copy that to the ones that don't work. I had the same issue on my Aegishorn where I couldn't block and I had just copied a set of gear onto him. So I switched to Mesa and tried to block and it worked fine.
