WebFeb 18, 2024 · I'd start with renaming my documents / rockstar games folder to rockstar games-old. Open taskmanager - force close R* launcher, social club, gtav - anything that is open. Clean any files you added to the gtav folder out. Verify cache again. Find out what 2 files it keeps downloading.
