Webhardcore health overhaul mod. Hey I was wondering if there is a way to play mods that require the dlc to run without the dlc? Maybe im an idiot but I never have enough ammo because all the normal human enemies die in like 1-3 mags and it takers forever, this mod just seemed really cool but I don't want to spend 35 bucks on all the dlcs.
